Railway circuit is one base equipment which is used to achieve automate control and long-distance control. The system of railway is base equipment that to ensure traffic security, this is to achieve the command of scheduling, and ensure the safe of trains, improves transport efficiency and quality of the key technical equipment, and it is also the important fields of railway information technology.Design of Railway Signal Testing Instrument Based on ARM and DSP, it is mainly to test of the state of the railway signal, so as to reflect the status of the railway. Development of the testing Instrument is to achieve the testing of 25Hz Phase-sensitive railway circuit which is tested voltage and phase automatically and also to show and save data which is need, and to show Carrier frequency and Low-frequency of ZPW-2000A which date if need save to save, so it is cost-effective, fully functional monitoring and management system. ARM and DSP CMOS chip both carry out it advantages and realize a complementary. It is mainly making by integrated chip which has small size, light weight, low power consumption and easy to carry, so at the scene is convenience to detect. To meet the requirements under the premise, for reducing development costs and increased reliability, the ARM7 CPU chips used LPC2210. In order to make the testing equipment intuitive and easy-to-use, the system provides a good human-computer interface, including a display, keyboard operation and so on.Thesis on the FFT and the number of inter-related algorithms carry out analysis and simulation; paper presented clock Circuit, LCD circuits, data storage Flash, JTAG, and other functional modules of the design principle, completed the circuit design of hardware; The system followed modular software design, top-down design ideas. On the software designing, it main carry out A/D sampling process, LCD display process, data storage process, and so on On both 25 Hz signal voltage phase of calculation, the error of not more than 1 degree. The first method is to use the traditional control of main cycle, in order to improve system performance and the real-time, adding real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ, and also in favor of to transplant code and to expansive functions of system.
