A Research On Public Interest And The Law Of Market Economy Impact On China's Planning Control Elements

Regulatory detailed planning plays a significant role in Chinese urban planning system. The research of this field has become hotspot recently. This dissertation focus on specifically region, discusses how to establish Planning control elements during making regulatory detailed planning in such area.How do Public interest and the law of market economy impact on china's planning control elements is the main investigative purpose of this research. This thesis divides into five parts. First of all, concludes relative research internal and overseas, analyses the background and significance of the investigation, and explains the keywords, brings forward object and content of this research. Chapter Two according to analyze the problems of planning control elements in Chinese regulatory detailed planning, sketchily discusses trend development of the planning control elements. In order to establish a logistic frame on how does the planning control elements work on ensuring Public interest and adapting the law of market economy. Chapter Three briefly introduces the terrain background. Describes the elementary theory on constructing the seaport industrial zone, and also analyses the background, the request and the content of Caofeidian industrial zone regulatory detailed planning. Chapter Four is the key part of this research. According to study the achieving process of the space resource value, analyses the influence of the public interest and the low of market economy working on the planning control elements during this process. Design a special planning control elements system for caifeidian industrial zone base on the foregoing analysis. Being as the conclusions of the whole dissertation, Chapter Six analyses the lacking of the research, and describes the future trends of regulatory detailed planning in China.
