The steel structure, as a result of its good mechanics performance, the economical performance and the operational performance, is widely applied in the workshop, the bridge and the building domain .But the structure complexity and the design are difficult. The research of structure performance is one of important topicsin current civil engineering region.Basing on our country steel structure design standard and construction standard and so on related standard, and taking the Changchun Ever Bright Bank bussiness building as the example, it has given the work flow of further design, key points, and the detail design of connected component. Besides it did complete research on the production, cutting craft, forming craft and correction craft .specially on the wield technique of thick steel plate. it gives some settlement method in material choice , wield form ,wield order, management after wield and so on.Key to the steel pole, the steel girder and the great span and heavy steel truss it conducted the research to their installation and the hoisting technology. Specially to the installation craft of the great span and heavy steel truss ,this article induces it into the upper air partitionassembling craft, the slipping installation craft and the whole hoisting craft three kinds. It also proposed the technical measure and the key of control to the technology and quality to each kind of construction technologyConsidering the earthquake resistance performance, it gave the detail illustration for earthquake resistance performance steel frame structure .From the column foot connection and beam to column connection, and it adopted the suitable construction technology to insure the earthquake resistance request.Through the project examples, it analyzes the important effects of hoisting, installing and wielding technology on construction progress and construction quality . and also proposed the construction technology measure. This may be the references to other steel structure project construction.
