The two main study tasks that our country buildings are faced with are the reform of wall material and building energy-saving. To carry out national saving energy policy and achieve sustainable development aim, the reform of wall, energy-saving innovation and development of new structural systems have become one of the top tasks. It is pressed for that a new structure system to come up, because of the localization of traditional building energy-saving system. The Taiyuan University of Technology, commissioned by the Shanxi Province Constructs (Group) Main Corporation, and this task was imbursed by shanxi province natural science foundation at the same time (2006011050) , associated with Shanxi University etc six unitses in all to research the slitty shear wall structure with heat preservation moulding board, this structure has bearing ang heat preservation dual function and it raveled out the traditional shear wall structure' disadvantage such as large self-weight, stiffness and seismic forces, poor-ductility and energy saving, which fills up the vacancy of Shanxi construction energy-saving investigation field. Based on the investigation of moulding board, mechanics analysis of structure, capability test of heat preservation, the paper gives a systemic theoretic investigation which aims at construction process, security of construction, construction under the low temperature and effect of economy.Concluding and bringing forward the construction technics of shearing Wall with Light Aggregate Concrete Moulding Board according to construction technique of routine brickwork, contraposing the demand of architecture and framework design, based on the analysis of entirely technics flow, the writer studied the difficulties of leading working procedure such as construct of moulding board and colligation of reinforcing steel bar, and combine construction practice of testing building of this task.Erecting model through ANSYS and simulating the construction level outside force on moulding board of the shearing wall with light aggregate concrete moulding board, and analyze the stability of the structure system in construction, and offer the theoretics gist for security of construction process.Analyzing and calculating the critical intension of the concrete of shearing wall with light aggregate concrete moulding board by way of synthesized accumulate heat calculate.In this paper, we compared the routine heat preservation engineering to shearing wall with light aggregate concrete moulding board on technic economy index based on calculating the technic economy index of them. The results indicate that the shearing wall with light aggregate concrete moulding board could depress engineering cost under the same heat preservation demand.The analysis and summing-up to the technics in the construction process of the shearing wall with light aggregate concrete moulding board in this paper and calculating the technique economy index bring a good theoretic foundation to the spread and application of this system, also good referenced worthiness and practical significance.
