Basedon the whole design is in reason, Pro/Engineer Wildfire give the design of the generator parts.Aimed at some main complex parts, Pro/Mechanica of Pro/Engineer provide optimizeadvice in design. In the design of the main part—ball screw, on the basement of theorycalculating, the Pro/Mechanic and ANSYS confirm the parameters of the ball screw. Togenerate an assembly, Pro/Mechanic provides the product's assembly and emulate themovement, it can show the movement tracks, speed and acceleration of the key point,optimize the design. Finally export a standard paper in AutoCAD.The debugging and rtmning of the system indicate that the design is feasible and reliable.The hydrodynamic pressure functions have been conducted successfully.
