With the automotive devices gaining ground fiercely and countries all over the world paying more attention on development of mixed-power car and electric car's techniques, people not only need a large deal of mobile power supplies in quantity, but also put forward the higher request in the battery function. Under this great environment, as the problem of how we can measure the consistency of the single battery efficiently, know the function of the batteries which were produced, people put forward more requests to speed and accuracy of the examination of parameter of battery in actual production process. So it is obvious that doing research on and developing the high performance chemistry power source measurement workstation is extremely necessary.This paper unifies many requests of the electrochemistry test and chemical cell performances, designs one kind of fast, Multichannel, high accuracy battery test equipments (The intelligent Electrochemical Workstation). This equipment is made up of the PC, DSP processing board, DSP interface board and the test channel module designing. And it can complete three kind of basic functions which are potentiostatic scanning and potentiodynamic scanning, galvanostatic scanning and galvanodynamic scanning and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test. With these basic function, we can do some complex electrochemical test to get the the parameter of the chemical cell and analysis them.This paper mainly from the angle of the electrochemistry examination narrates the research and the design of a kind of electrochemistry workstation based on the DSP technology. The paper introduces the relevant electrochemistry test theory, the battery test principle and the system structure and the performance based on them. It also emphasizes the system DSP processing board design and the DSP software algorithm from the system requirement of real time and precision. The paper include DSP data acquisition interface design, DSP SCI design, ACI test software algorithm and oversample filter algorithm.The practical application proves that, this system has the characteristic of high reliability, the high accuracy, the quick examination speed, the simple operation and so on. This electrochemistry workstation suits various batteries examination job site and the school laboratory experiment. This equipment has the good output and the response characteristic, the research has the important academic significance and the project application value. .
