Advanced Orbiting Systems(AOS)is the data processing and management system which administer communicating data and effective carrier data between the space and the space(the ground). It is may be that transmitting the data using AOS bidirectionally also symmetrically by the super speed between the space system and the ground system(space system). The frame synchronization transceiver is the essential device laying on the physics level of the AOS which realizes frame synchronize transmission. The main task develops the driver and application that can help debug frame synchronization transceiver, simultaneously provides a hypothesized link level programme to guarantees frame transmission integrallty.In this article, firstly, it describes the concept,current situation at home and abroad of AOS and main study object. At the same time, it expounds hardware design basis of frame synchronous transceiver and USB bus system, including excellence,character and principle of the bus. Secondly, discusses the driver function,developing mode,hiberarchy,developing tool,setting and debugging ways. On this basis, designs the driver of frame syncyronous transceiver and discusses the main routine and key technique. Thirdly, designs Dynamic Link Library that is convenient to user new development. It is carries out the programme that can supervise the frame and offer VCA and UDP interface to superstratum. Thereinto, VCA interface can receive data from virtual link. UDP interface made frame synchronization transceiver becoming a Independent equipment. In addition, According to AOS data standard, analyzes the frame format and designs the data transmission programme of virtual link.Finally,it summarizes the studying production and makes out next work.Driver is the bridge between frame synchronous transceiver and operating system. Application is convenient flat to operate frame synchronous transceiver. Programme and frame synchronous transceiver are integrative device system on physics level. They come true frame transmission which establish the basis to design AOS application system.
