Social progress and the development of technology for the production, processing and manufacturing technology and the increasingly high demand for accuracy, while machinery and equipment is also running a more comprehensive testing, the need for multi-function measurement of integrated sensors. Sensor Integration and micro-sensor is one of the directions of development. 3D measurement sensor timely access to the measured vibration of 3D information, have broad application areas, apply to all types of large and medium-sized rotating machinery and sports equipment (such as fans, pumps, reduction gears, housings, rolling friction, etc.) omnidirectional vibration detection and measurement precision processing of multidimensional vibration.In this paper, the design of three-dimensional realization of the sensor integration and miniaturization, volume and quality are relatively small Thus measurements of detected objects vibration of small, to achieve more accurate measurements.This paper studies the measurement sensor vibration measurement and analysis on the vibration characteristics of the parameters, to improve the sensor measurement range.
