The wind load is important dynamical load acting on the construction's structure. Because to obtain the scene actual multi-spots pulsation wind speed the data is extremely difficult, many scholar attempt to simulate fluctuating wind speed time interval signal with the aid of the computer simulation technology. Mainly by calculating and analyzing the characteristic of the tradition single fluctuating wind speed simulation methods,one method of them to be chosen and improved the efficiency and accuracy has been a good simulation method of a number of related fluctuating wind speed.For the three methods based on the steady Gauss stochastic process: autoregression method(AR method),inversed dispersed fourier transform method (IDFT method)and harmonic superposition method(WAWS method) under the situation of single fluctuating wind speed, the matlab procedure was programmed to simulate separately in this article, compared with the precision of time signal of the fluctuating wind speed,obtained the intensity of the accord with the simulated power spectrum and the goal spectrum, energy distribution as well as the comparation of the auto-correlation function and the goal function. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the analysis results above, the WAWS method was chosen to discuss the correlated multi-point simulation, introduced the decimation in time fast fourier transform method(DIT-FFT) in the signal processing to accelerate the superimposition efficiency, then a highly effective simulation method not losing the precision was obtained.At the end,a structure model was chosen to carry on the simulation of correlated multi-point in the space,by programing the matlab procedure based on that improved simulating method,meanwhile the intensity of the accord with the simulated power spectrum and the goal spectrum was checked up,and the extent that efficiency improved was calculated.
