The Research Of Heat Meter Without Flow Meter And Its Hardware Design

Nowadays our country is taking a reformation of heating system, the heat measurement is an important part of it. In the currently measurements, the central equipment is heat meter, and almost all heat meters need flow meter, but hot water quality in our country's hot water supply system is bad, So the flow meter is very easy to be damaged and this can cause measurement error. Then we will research how to change the method of measuring heat, so we can measure the heat accurately without flow meter.The mostly research contents of my project contain: set up the mathematic model of the radiator, and then established the function of the flow and the temperature difference. After the experiment of actual radiator, the results of experiment validate the validity of our model; In this base, the author writes program in VB, and carry out the heat energy metering without flow meter in computer; when I meet the magnifying error problem in estimating flow, I analysis the influence of the estimating error to the heat measurement; at last, I make a actual heat meter without flow meter on the base of MSP430 micro system controller, and take the experiment of hardware system, the results show that the meter can elementary measure the quantity of heat. The research of this project will make a well foundation for the heat measurement of condo house.
