At home and abroad, magnetorheological fluid technology has made a lot of research results. And many magnetorheological fluid damper (MRD) have begun to enter the engineering field. Such as mechanical fixture of flexibility,robot arm,hydraulic valve,brake device,shock absorber,car and structure of the building. But there is no one application on multi-DIM vibration absorber. Multi-DIM vibration, a universal phenomenon of nature, is the main reason that influences the performance and operating life of mechanical devices, precise instruments, equipment of vehicles and ships,, aerospace equipment and so on. So there is actual meaning to put multi-DIM vibration absorber into effect. According to the domestic and international situation of this research, the designing, manufacturing, controlling method of MRD, the choosing and analyzing of multi-DIM vibration absorber, and the experimental investigations of the model are proceeded in this thesis.This thesis includes eight chapters.The first chapter is preface. The purpose and significance of this study is expounded. On the basis of systematically summarizing of state of the vibration absorption technology and magnetorheological fluid technology, to combine the advantages of both and then achieve the control method of multi-DIM vibration absorption technology is pointed out. On the basis of these, the goal and the ways that will be presented in this paper are put forward.During the second chapter, according to the mechanism of magnetorheology and character of magnetorheology device, combining the ohm's law of magnetic circuit, an type of MRD which has Simple structure and reliable performance is designed and manufactured.During the third chapter, taking one MRD for example, a single-degree-of-freedom vibration experiment is analyzed in detail. A model is established and the simulation is done.During the fourth chapter, the structural characteristics of three translational degrees of freedom mukti-DIM vibration absorber is analyzed. During the fifth chapter, the kinematic analysis of 3-PRRp[4R]vibration absorber is done.During the sixth chapter, the dynamic analysis of 3-PRRP[4R] vibration absorber is done.During the seventh chapter, the kinetic analysis of 3-PRRP[4R] vibration absorber is simulinked.During the eighth chapter, the detailed records of the experimental process is done.The ninth chapter is conclusion and prospect. The main achievement of this thesis are summed up, and the directions of further developing of this study are pointed out.In a word, based on the research of the experimental model, this thesis has provided a theoretical basis and some valuable scientific experimental data for the application of MRD on multi-DIM vibration absorbers.
