Systems of using servo valve or proportional valve can have high performance in application of position synchronous control and have to spend a lot of money on building cost, then operate at the better ambient condition; Systems of using synchronous valve may spend little money then achieve low precision in position synchronous, having characteristic of both servo valve and synchronous valve will be a kind of a digital valve with better vendibility.The thesis using the method of analysis differ from traditional control and modern control theory directly evaluates groups of nonlinear differential equation of numerical value, and according to this result separately analyzes dynamic performance of flow and press and dividing error of New -type digital synchronous valve ,and effect of structure parameter on dividing error.Position synchronization error on different load s and condition have been detailedly analyzed for two hydraulic cylinder position synchronous open-loop systems with New -type digital synchronous valve.Lastly, according to the characteristics of open-loop synchronization error, at first, using the conventional PID control strategies establish a closed-loop position synchronous control system for analyzing the accuracy of the synchronization error. Then, using fuzzy control strategies which belong to the intelligent control build up a closed-loop control system for analyzing the accuracy of synchronization error.In this paper, for the digital synchronous valve has laid a some foundation for further study.
