In the system consisted of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration, executed component in the hydraulic system can be used to drive the mechanism to work. The main purpose of this article is to work over and analyse dynamic specialties of the plane four bar mechanism especially crank and rocker mechanism and brace cake mechanism in the dynamic and constrained system contained with mechanical and hydraulic integration, and dynamic specialties of the plane four bar mechanism in the system made of mechanical and hydraulic integration can carry out and be easily computed by the software MATLAB to have a simulation. In order to make the purpose come true, the author has made some research as follows:(1) On the mechanical-hydraulic machine design, optimization based on fuzzy set theory which comes from fuzzy maths and uniform design coming from the field of statistics, which are used to design the plane four bar mechanism.(2) The crank and rocker mechanism and the brace cake mechanism drived by the manipulative hydraulic system are detailed analyzing about kinematics and kinetics, and all trends restrict equations are given.(3) According to the software MATLAB, all trends restrict equations can work out by the software, and corresponding parameters' variety curves can be gained.(4) With the simulation tools Simulink , the author set up the simulation models of the crank and rocker mechanism and brace cake mechanism in and out of the control of the manipulative hydraulic system, and give their simulative analysis.(5) According to the software VC++, MATLAB and VC++ can be easily transferred at any time. By learning the GUI in the software MATLAB, which can be used to empolder the demo flat roof about dynamic specialties of the plane four bar mechanism under the control of the executed component in the hydraulic system.Under the foundation of the depiction above, it is feasible to analyze dynamic specialties of the crank and rocker mechanism and the brace cake mechanism in the mechanical-hydraulic system, and it can bring much high value for theoretical research.
