Wind load is one of the key factors which influence the precision of the Radar vehicle, which was designed to work outside. The main research of this paper is to analyze if the structure can get the design aim on given wind load.First of all, the basic characters of wind are described and discussed in this paper. And the simulation of wind was accomplished by the wave superposition method in MATLAB software. Wind-induced Vibration is random vibration, in this paper, the analysis theory of random vibration was introduced in time domain and frequency domain, by the reason of wildly use of CAE, the finite element method of Vibration was simply introduced either. On the area of finite element modeling, how to use the characteristic and equivalent to build FEM on clearance and axis-hole problem is mainly discussed. And then, a fast FEM method, disjoin a big structure into several small parts to building FEM and then rejoin it together, is advanced. Under ANSYS circumstance, four ways are brought out. Using this method, the problem of combine FEM on different version is solved and the FEM of the radar vehicle is built and combined. On the full model, structure static analysis, modal analysis, and transient dynamic analysis on random wind load are accomplished. Finally, the advices of the improvement are provied.
