The underground pipeline network is an important foundation facility of the city. It affords the work of transporting information and energy, and the space geographic location and attributes are important information of the urban planning and building management. The safe running of the underground pipeline network is the guarantee of the modernized city's high efficiency and high quality work. According to the realistic need, the paper carries out the research and application of the adjustment algorithm in the forecasting management of the underground pipeline network, including the algorithm of measured adjustment, the simulative forecasting analysis and the three-dimensional visualization of the underground pipe line network.First, the paper makes improvement on the coordinate adjustment of the three-dimensional space network and the assignment method of the initial water flux, which provided the theory basis to the optimum space point position and the optimum assignment scheme of the flux.Second, by making use of BP algorithm model's function of pattern classification and recognition, the paper forecasts the possibility of the leakage accident in the pipeline network, and establishes a nonlinearity relation model between the variety factors that affect the leakage accident and the water leakage dangerous coefficient. The paper trains the influencing factor of the model by making use of history data, including the positional factor that had been adjusted, and then, study on the dynamic orientation of the leakage location, based on the result obtained from the forecast model. The model achieves the purpose of helping the managers with the security of the pipeline network, prolonging the age of the network, and reducing the management cost of the network. Finally, the paper achieves the three-dimensional visualization of the underground pipeline network. According to the different data types of the space points, the paper achieves the programming of both the two-dimensional graphics and the three-dimensional graphics.By using the Visual C++ 6.0 and Matlab as the programming language that make fully use of their respective merit, and using the OpenGL to be the graphics programming language, the paper achieves the design which contains three parts: the algorithm of measured adjustment, the leakage forecast model and the visualization of the three-dimensional graphics. By validating the research result on an urban underground pipeline network, the paper demonstrates that the research achieves the expect aim and has a high accuracy, and it will be the foundation for a further research.
