The performance test system of automobile vacuum booster synthesizes is the union outcome of PC TT&C, electromechanical technology and organic hydraulic pressure technology. The testing system provided a universally and high qualified instrument to Jilin automobile arrester factory. This system is used to check the synthetical function of automobile vacuum booster and hydraulic pressure brake master cylinder. This way the quality of automobile can be ensured. It can also alleviate the intensity of labor and improve the efficiency of workers.Based on the principle and the structure of the vacuum booster studying, combined with the regulation in union "PRC automobile industry standard " QC/T307-1999 vacuum booster technology condition and request and Jilin in QC/T311-1999 automobile hydraulic pressure brake master cylinder requirement automobile arrester factory company standard, We work out a scheme made up of five parts: the hydraulic pressure unit, vacuum unit, pressure unit, element developing exploitation unit and controlling unit.This paper not only set forth the importance of the overall arrangement, but also analysis the inflation to the system's stability, accuracy of data collecting and reliability.Hydraulic pressure in thesis systematic and increases energy systematically have made use of the control method-simulating PID and figure PID respectively in this paper. Whose structure is simple, the stability is easy to work relliably , adjust to go to the lavatory. which is a kind of very mature , very pragmatic method.In this paper soft VB is used to carry out application; we make use of the general PCI route technology to realize t systematic controlling, data collecting and data handling; The system hardware circuit is simple, the function is stable.The paper puts particular emphasis on overall wiring design, the control ofhydraulic pressure system, the control of Figure PID simulation PID and the control of increasing energy systematically. it also introduced a fairly simple application programming.The synthetical performance test system turn to can check 25 item function index of automobile vacuum booster, and then analysis its detecting results. it can also demonstrate, preserve and print the function form for reports at the same time. The system runs textual criticism after reality test, it is efficient, stability, accurate and available. It reached a complete requests of the beginning design.
