With the development of the technique of computer hardware and software, the technology of Compute Aided Design (CAD) has been broadly applied in the field of engineering technology. Multifarious designing software is coming forth in different fields continually .In our country, the development and application of CAD software in bored pile foundation of bridge has attained some research results. But these software have various shortcomings such as not having instantly-amending function, not having automatically-building-figure function, and not having three-dimensional-visualization function. This article, based on the analyzing design steps of pile foundation and key calculation ,applying the parametric design and drawing method, using ObjectARX combined with MFC and three-dimensional-visualization module,developed the calculation and configuring of reinforcing steel bar program of bored pile foundation of bridge and made users know the distribution of reinforcing steel bar at any moment. The article realized automatic drawing of three-dimensional capping beam to validate three-dimensional-visualization design solving intersection question of reinforcing steel bar structure.In the aspect of writing program, firstly the author analyzed the design step for the bored pile foundation of bridge, then emphatically analyzed the working procedure which workload is comparatively higher, finally put forward the module program design and computing method and applied the parametric design technology to enhance the efficiency of plotting. At the same time, the three-dimensional-visualization module is applied for aiding two-dimensional-visualization blueprint more intuitionisticly.In conclusion, using the techniques of MFC and ObjectARX, the author completed the development of pile foundation design system. Parametric design, based on the MFC dialog technique and the strong function of graphic object operation, realized automatically drawing of pile foundation of bridge. At the same time, three-dimensional-visualization module made configuring graphic of reinforcing steel bar more intuitionisticly. As an intimate application combined with AutoCAD in the frame of Windows, the system can realize the calculation and two or three dimensional visualization graphic drawing of pile foundation of bridge and automatically working out the count of reinforcing steel bar, and improve the efficiency and quality of drawing.
