Research On Generation Planning Of Jiangsu Province In 2020

With the development of national economy, requirement of electrical power in the power system has been increased sustention. There are some problems we must settle, which include when and where to construct generations, which type it belongs to, how much is it's generate capability, and so on. The reasonable planning is very useful, which touch each aspects of power system, such as credibility and economical capability of the whole system, the quality of electrical power, network's structure and its development in the future. Accordingly, Generation Expansion planning is a strategic decision-making of Generation disposition in the power system. In other words, it's very important.For the beter plan, Generation Expansion planning relates to lots of problems and departments. To sum up, it is an extraordinary complex task. The work are mentioned as follows:1) Analyze the research status of generation planning and discuss the new ideas of generation planning in the sustainable development of electric power industry.2) Simply introduce the integrated generation planning model, summarize the intention of the model establishment, profoundly analyze the characteristic of the model description and the model establishment intention3) Determine some basic parameters and boundary conditions referencing from many monographs and special topic reports. Previously demonstrate some important problems in generation planning to provide more reasonable scientific basis to subsequent optimization process.4) Design an integrative evaluation method in weighing the economical sequence of power supply project, and have a case analysis that use the actual data of generation planning optimization of Jiangsu province in 2020. The economical efficiency of the same power supply in different areas, the economical efficiency of different power supply units and the economical efficiency of units with auxiliary unit are calculated and compared to verify the validity and practicability of this method.5) Use the integrated generation planning model to optimizing the generation planning of Jiangsu province in 2020. A lot of comparison,analysis and calculation have been done. A recommended main planning program and the evaluation result are posed. And constructive advices for the power supply development in Jiangsu province are provided by comparing the planning results of the main program and the other programs.
