Nanosize M0S2 semiconductor particles were synthesized by using the solvothermal technique. PPy membranes were prepared by electro-chemistry method onto the indium-tin oxide glass (ITO). The nanoparticles MoS2/PPy composite membranes were acquired by the dipping process. Nanosize Y2O3-TiO2 particles were prepared by the sol-gel process. Y3+-doped TiO2 immobilized on Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) membranes which were modified by Fe3+. Organic/inorganic nano-hybrid membranes were studied by XRD,IR, TEM, PL methods.Azo-dye methylene bule(MB) can be decolored and degrade via photocatalysis of Y2O3-doped TiO2 immobilized on CMC-Fe membranes. The particles of Y3+-doped TiO2 can excite to yield more electron-hole pairs and increased the degradation activity. The paper studied the adsorption behavior of CMC-Fe membranes for waste water, based on the effects of cross-linking time of CMC-Fe membranes, temperature and the molecular weight of dyes. CMC-Fe membranes were used as separator in electro-generated FeO42-. The membrane had ion select and permeability characteristics which could reject the FeO42- through cathode room.
