The Method Of Environmental Impact Assessment Of Highway Environmental Impact Based On Grayer System

In recent years, highway projects have developed at an extremely fast speed in China,which brought on increasingly severe environmental problems. This paper bases itself upon environmental impact of the highway construction project, as well as upon the developing situation of road construction in China. Integrating the latest scientific results and experience in China and abroad, the paper investigates into the integrated assessments' methods and application of environmental impact of the highway construction project .Particularly, the paper studies the following elements of integrated assessment of highway construction project environmental impact, i.e. integrated assessment's index system, filtration of assessment factors, quantifying assessment's index, weighted assessment factors and model of the integrated assessment of highway environmental impact.1.Integrated assessment index system of environmental impact of highway construction projectAnalyzing the deficiency of index system of the integrated assessment of highway construction project environmental impact in China, studies the comprehensive and reasonable assessment index system, improves the design in assessment index system and the hiberarchy of the numerous factors in index system.2.Quantifying assessment's indexDue to the assessment's index system including quantitative index and qualitative index, this paper quantify the qualitative index using the method of probability to estimate.3.Filtration of assessment factorsAnalyzing the filtration methods of assessment factors of highway construction project environmental impact, studying the basic principle in factor filtration, and putting forward an extensively applicable filtration method of factors of highway environmental impact integrated assessment based on Grey Theory.4.studying the model of integrated assessment of highway environmental impactAnalyzing the current main integrated assessment methods: AHP and fuzzy integrated assessment, Using the basic theory of grayer system, this article brings forward a mathematic model for integrated assessment of highway environmental impact, and also applies to practice.
