Along with rapid development of technology.all sorts of engineering structure became more and more gigantic; for the sake of their credibility and good function, motive characteristic problem of the structure become an important topic in the engineering technique realmwhich need an earnest research and settlementln the windproof and quakeproof design of the structure and the bridge,the natural frequency of the structure vibration is a very important parameter.In health diagnosis of construction and bridge based on the structure's dynamics characteristic, accurate vibrating frequency and swing numerical value is needed.The traditional number calculation method is based to grid ways mostly, so it is hard to handle the disoontinuity and great distortion disaccord with the-original grid lines .The advantageof Meshless methods lies in its approximate based on spot, only boundary information, material parameter and disperse crunodein formation are needed to be provided. Had no restriction of the grid, zerp-gridmethod is easy to handle such problem as great distortion, tracking crack extending and simulate structure breaking process.As a result, meshless methods caused more and more concentrations in lots of realms recent years. Being an open system comparatively, there are many idilgraphic calculation method of the Meshless methods .The element-free glekin method is familiarly being seeing in the vibration the analysis .But the elemert-free glekin methed methods need background grid integral calculus when analyzing, so is not complete Meshless methods by certain meaning.
