Representative planar asymmetric isolated-structure with consideration of floor deformation is simulated by SAP2000 with vibrating system of series-parallel connection. Its dynamic characteristic and law of seismic response, especially the influence of floor deformation on structure is fully calculated and analyzed. The results show that focus phenomenon of shearing force on mutation of floor stiffness is obviously minished after isolated. On the base of these results, planar asymmetric structure and isolated structure are calculated and analyzed by minor-structure methed with consideration of floor deformation. Then it generally discussed the effect of mostly dynamic parameters to dynamic charactistic and whole and local seismic response of the structure, and gained the relational cueve and response spectrum, consequently laid the foundation for applying isolated technology to planar asymmetric structure with biggish local deformation. The research results show that stiffness ratio of superstructure and ratio of damping and stiffness in isolated story have great influence on local deformation of structure. It can reduce the local deformation and increase entirety of structure effectively through rational laying rubber bearing and adjusting distribution of stiffness and damping in isolated story. The specific conclusion of the paper is that local deformation of isolated structure becomes minimality when translational stiffness ratio of superstructure is consistent with stiffness ratio of isolated story; and it also can reduce local deformation of minor structure by reducing damping ratio of isolated story properly.
