As one of important building energy-saving measures, it is imperativeunder the situation to carry out heat metering policy for heating system. Inthis paper, based on the law of intermittent heating, aim at mutativeheat-load heating systems of combined region after put heat metering intopractice and applied thermal control devices, according to asynchronouscharacteristic of heat-load peak of public buildings and resident buildings. Atheory is suggested that utilizing programmed controllers to manipulate thevalves of building heating system entry to distribute flux and to performtime-sharing heating.Theoretically proposes the technical assumption of time-sharing andrespectively heating. Applied Fluent and HVACSIM+ software on the modelanalysis. Conforms basic control strategy of heating system, and suggesttaking indoor temperature as controls parameter. Theoretically proposesthat there are still a lot of energy-saving potentials of whatever publicbuildings and resident buildings for existing heat-inertia mass wall buildingsin the circumstances of performing time-sharing heating.The theory means a lot to improving heating quality, to environmentalprotection. Especially for academy and college and large corporations whichinside both resident buildings and public buildings, applying this techniquewill bring both enormous economy benefits and society benefits.
