The grain moisture content has tremendous influence on the agricultural product quality rating, therefore the measurement which is precise or not of the moisture content is extremely important to the producers and the consumers. In this graduation project, the author designed a new embedding internet grain moisture measuring instrument based on the information fusion principle. This instrument uses the electric capacity type technique which has cheap price, quick response, high precision and convenient operation to measure the grain moisture content.In the former research of the grain moisture measuring instrument, it's discovered that the grain moisture examination exists cross-sensitivity to the temperature and compact degree. And the sensors which exist cross-sensitivity have unstable performance and low accuracy. So in this instrument, to improve the grain moisture measuring accuracy and the temperature stability, three kinds of sensors are designed to collect the differential volt, temperature and compact degree of the grain samples. And all the data collected will be processed by multi-sensor information fusion technology. There are many kinds of methods in multi-sensor information fusion technology, in this paper, we mainly use the trend surface analysis method to build the mathematic model of the grain moisture measurement and analyze this model by changing it into the multi-regression model. Under four temperatures, massive data of soybean samples are gathered by this instrument, through the information fusion method, we can obtain the mathematical model of grain moisture measurement which includes the complete independent variables. After carring on the significance examination to the model independent variable and rejecting the model unnecessary variables, the best mathematical model of grain moisture measurement is then built.After contrasting and analyzing several measuring circuits of minute capacitance, we adopt the direct current charge and discharge circuit to measure the minute capacity of the moisture sensor. In the hardware design of the instrument, CPLD chip is selected to simplify the peripheral circuits of the MCU. Moreover, a friendly grain moisture measuring interface andserial port communication function are programmed by Visual C++ Language which makes it more convenient to the user.Besides realizing the grain moisture measurement based on the information fusion technology, the new type embedding internet grain moisture measuring instrument also realizes the function of Internet connection. This kind of design method provides some new thoughts for the further study of the moisture measuring instrument.
