According to the present situation of big coal mine elevator velocity modulation system, frequency conversion velocity modulation system has studied based on the DSP control mine pit elevator. This system does not have the velocity generator vector control based on DSP (digital signal processor) that TMS320F2812 is the core. This system uses high efficiency electric power electronic device IGCT and the DSP technology, selects the high - high direct transformation method, causes the high-pressured frequency conversion velocity modulation into to be possible on the mine hoist electrical machinery application.This article has studied the asynchronous motor vector transformation control theory and carries on the speed calculation using the electric motor torque component of current the method, designed a closed loop velocity modulation system not to have the velocity generator. Finally, in the platform based on the TMS320F2812 research, the system has carried on the experiment in the laboratory to an elevator model, and obtains the experimental profile. The experimental result had proven this system has the belt load capacity strongly, the speed of response quick, over small and so on; and its the accurate demonstration true speed, obtaining the ideal speed control signal, realizing the electrical machinery numerical control; at the same time the link of the speed calculated has good following.
