The paper design the inorganic binding materials stabilizing chlorine saline soil of fine-grain to use in the road base or subbase through analyzing the soil characteristics of Yellow River wash plain coastal region, considering the feature of the climate and hydrographic of this area, and investigating the supply of the material. Firstly, on the analysis of the soil geotechnical properties, the construction of embankment of chlorine saline soil of fine-grain has been discussed. The paper systematic study the road-relate performance of inorganic binding materials stabilizing chlorine saline soil of fine-grain , such as mechanical property, the stability of water influence, the resistivity of erosion, the resistivity of crack, the resistivity of frost and fatigue. System researching the mechanical property of the stabilizing soil, include the compression strength, splitting strength, flexural strength, compression module and flexural module. Not only studying the cycle of freezing and thawing of plain water immersion, but also research the freeze-thaw durability of salt liquid method, find that the two method has the different destroy fashion. Using the grey relevancy theory, take departure degree to evaluate the integrate road-relate performance. In the research of micro measurement, taking XRD to detect the substance and semi-quantitative assessment, then using DTA and TG to quantitative measurement, and taking SEM to observe the substance pattern proving the conclusion of the XRD, DTA and TG. Through testing road and observation, we have proved the conclusion of this paper, at the same time, the problem of road-mix method of inorganic binding materials stabilizing soil has been found, it is that construct progress is too slow and binding materials dosage control is not precision. The paper invent the inorganic binding materials spreader to solve the problem.
