The paper design the inorganic binding materials stabilizing chlorine saline soil of fine-grain to use in the road base or subbase through analyzing the soil characteristics of Yellow River wash plain coastal region, considering the feature of the climate and hydrographic of this area, and investigating the supply of the material. Through testing road and observation, we have proved the conclusion of this paper, at the same time, the problem of road-mix method of inorganic binding materials stabilizing soil has been found, it is that construct progress is too slow and binding materials dosage control is not precision.
