To study the shrink performance of rigid base course material is very important for relief or prevent the crack of pavement. We invent the Constringency Transmutation Testing apparatus For Pavement Material according to idiosyncrasy of pavement material in the base of amending subsistent apparatus. The article test the property of pavement by this apparatus, at the same time comparing the result which obtained by resistance strain-gauge testing method. The testing result indicate that the testing performance of Constringency Transmutation Testing Apparatus For Pavement Material is excel to the strain gauge in the stabilization and precision. Constringency Transmutation Testing Apparatus For Pavement Material can make accurate constringency of Semi-rigid base course material. Then ,it's provide a strong basement for pavement design. Furthermore, by using ANSYS to make numerical simulation for the temperature fields of pavement structure base on solar radiation and air temperature and so on. To analysis the stress and strain of pavement structure and the coupling analysis under thermal-stress-load coupled fields which can provide help for pavement design.
