Industrial Computerized Tomography (ICT) is a new technology integrating computer technology with radiology. It is wide applied in NDT and NDE areas, which shows the internal structure features, material density and flaw status of the detected object without damage.The product often is produced alone, so the control system software often is developed alone too. In fact the most of them are similar, which cost a lot in the process. The efficiency also is low. Now with the development of the software engineering, the new conceptions such as Object Oriented Technology, software reuse appeared, which is a good way to solve this problem.The modeling of ICT scan movements control system based on Object Oriented Technology was researched, and the model was founded. First the desire analysis was done. The actors and use cases were analyzed. Every use cases was described in detailed and exactly. Then the sequence diagrams and collaboration diagrams were built to describe the model dynamically, while the objects and class diagrams were built to describe the model statically.Based on the analysis model, the system was designed. To deduce the coupling degree, the system was built in a three-layer architecture: MVC architecture which includes model layer, control layer, view layer; The classes were consummated and the relationship was also defined to build the class store. The mission switch strategy was analyzed. The system was programmed with VC++, and the reuse was analyzed.The WDM driver of the hardware was also researched. A new way for application program to communicate with the hardware was implemented in Windows2000 Operation System and the ones after it. In this way, the application program must visit the hardware via the WDM driver. According to this system, the WDM drivers of PCL-839 and PCL-833 were developed.The real time of the system was analyzed, and a time norm of 30us was found according to the experiment. In this norm the interrupt program can handle the emergency.
