As a kind of advanced control strategy, the vector control is developed on motor unification theory , electromechanical energy transfer and vector coordinate transformation theory, has the characteristics of advance , novelty and practicability. It is based on dual axle theories of AC induction motor, resolves the current vector of the stator into two DC parts which are orientated towards the rotator magnetic field: A weight is coincident with the magnetic chain vector of rotor, called the weight of electric current of the excitation; Another weight is vertical with the magnetic chain vector of rotor, called the weight of electric current of the torque . Through controlling the stator electric current vector in position and magnitude under rotating the system of coordinates, we can control the magnitude of the weight of electric current of the excitation and the weight of electric current of torque , realize method similar to a DC machine structure where torque and field can be controlled independently. This text study a space vector control inverter system based on TMS320LF2407A DSPs and FPGA.This paper analyzes principle and realization methods about the PWM and the vector control at first, thus sets up the mathematical model of the asynchronous motor. For the vector control,we analyze the basic principle that the vector control and control algorithms, deduce the fundamental equation of motor and the basic formula with vector control under three-phase coordinate systems, two static and revolution coordinate systems. At the same time, the chart of indirect magnetic field oriented frequency conversion transfer speed system for vector control is also obtained by the corresponding coordinate transformation. Combining with TMS320LF2407A DSP,we finish the concrete implementation method and designe a kind of SVPWM redundant system based on DSP and FPGA according to the basic principle of the vector control finally.In hardware ,this paper regards TMS320LF2407A DSP and EP1C12Q240 FPGA as the controller ,they finish exchange of data through dual-port RAM IDT7130 between them, and can another generate SVPWM wave form immediately until one is out of control. At the same time,the text finishes wireless remote control , speed setting, data display , detection of electric current and speed , the function of motor protect, and explain the main circuit, power circuit, FPGA dispose circuit, wireless remote control circuit, LCD display circuit, protect circuit , electric current and speed measure circuit in frequency conversion transfer speed system simply.
