With the ongoing development of technology, better and better passenger riding comfort is required for the automobile. Nice passenger riding comfort and low noise are considered to be two important marks for modern automobile. Since power train is the main source of vibration which has significant influence on riding comfort, vibration can be sharply decreased by a well-designed power train so as to improve the riding comfort and lower the noise.In this paper, a dynamic model is established to aim at the improvement of power train mounts for a light truck. By using the fuzzy multiple targets optimization design methodology, the decoupling reactive force is set up to be the target on the basis of artificial judgement, DSFD also is applied for the design optimization. And, the foundation study of coupling of the power train and the chassis system in the paper. The stiffness of rubber mounts is formulated using FEA, By analyzing the relations between the stiffness and all kind of factors of rubber mounts, the formula of the stiffness for a shortcut to engineering practice is composed on the two adopting uniform design theory,The stimulation and field testing are done based on the results by optimization design., The results showed a relative improvement on power train isolation.on the comparison between the original system and the later.The study and new design for the power train mount system in this paper had provided guideline for vehicle isolation; meanwhile the methodology and conclusion can be consulting reference to the similar engineering practice.
