With the development of high-buildings and skyscrapers, deep excavations are used more and more increasingly in congested cities to provide underground space.The environment effects caused by deep excavation are increasingly prominent, for the purpose of knowing how to reduce the deformation effectively, this paper studied Guangzhou Hejing Mansion deep foundation pit case history, and paid attention to its inverse construction method characteristics. The actual test shows the Inverse Construction Method has such merits as high reliability, rapidity and reducing investment. This paper introduces the techniques of this method, and argues its effect on environment specially.Based on systematic illustrating the reverse order, problems about application and development of reverse order and suggestions also are expressed.
