The atmosphere-vegetation-soil interactions attracted more and more interest during the decades. Runoff, evaporation, soil texture and vegetation that on the force of precipitation climate have a significant effect on atmospheric circumfluence and land surface hydrological process. However, on the different land surface or regional scale, varied land surface physical, geography or entironment genes and their energy and water exchanges were different on the inhomogeneity contrast of the sub-grid-scale. So far there still quit a few problems need to be lucubrated. Thus it is very important that studies further schemes of land surface hydrological process parameterization.In this paper, based on the canonical regional meteorology and hydrology data, it aimed to study the effects of land surface hydrological process that had been worked on soil moisture vertical distribution characteristics, and based on the former studies, it builded the integral arithmetic operators of inhomogeneity for area average physical flux, in order to develop a runoff simulation experimentation. With the PDF fitting, EOF and wavelet analysis, etc. statistical methods, temporal and spatial characteristics of soil moisture vertical distribution were studied, which was under different scale and land surface. And then on the basis of the data of precipitation, the characteristics of space of it were studied also, based on what to seek a appropriate PDF fitting. Afterwards, it used the statistic-dynamic method and the storage model to develop the runoff simulation experimentation of the AVIM model.The results show that: For the soil moisture, the biggest values center of lager one located on the drainage area of Mudan River and the south of Songneng Plain, and that the wetness degree of mostly stations presented dryness in the above soil and wetness in the blow one, and followed a Weibull distribution, except one or twostations, and had a periodic variation of about 3 years. The vertical distribution of soil moisture in the smaller scale area had a rather homogeneous distribution and followed the Beta distribution, and had a periodic variation of about 25 days just like the one of precipitations, whose space distribution was followed the Weibull distribution. By the statistic-dynamic parameterization the storage model, and take the effective precipitation, effective evaporation and the effect of multilayer soil moisture etc. into account, it used only one meteorology station data as driver to simulate the regional average runoff, and that of the developed model was compared with the former one, the parameterization of runoff generation in AVIM is improved, the results indicate the feasibility of the developed model.
