Research On The Sustainable Development Construction For Rural Human Settlements

The article tends to the research of sustainable development construction for rural human settlements which is weakness comparatively nowadays. In this article, the pattern of sustainable development construction for human settlements of Huangbaiyu Village is established, which provides some experience and use for reference for the sustainable development construction for human settlements.On the macroscopically background of construction for rural human settlements, the research of sustainable development construction for rural human settlements has the academic and practical significance. By means of hierarchical analysis method, the article establishes the system of factors on construction for rural human settlements, and aiming at the emphases of research of this article, furtherly, the system of factors on construction for human settlements of Huangbaiyu Village is established.Then, the article takes Huangbaiyu Village as an example and makes the demonstration analysis. Based on the investigation about the existent conditions of Huangbaiyu Village and combining the system of factors established, the article analyses the present state of construction for human settlements of Huangbaiyu Village from four aspects, which are the existent conditions of land utilization, residence, infrastructure construction and environment construction. After that, the countermeasures of sustainable development construction for human settlements of Huangbaiyu Village are studied from four aspects, which are the sustainable development of land utilization, resident pattern of peasants, infrastructure construction and environment construction, and the system of implementation and policy guaranty of this pattern is studied furtherly.In the finality, some discussion and expectation are made for the further research and the development direction of construction for human settlements of Huangbaiyu.
