In our country's energy conservation, building energy-conservation is a focalpoint. And the popularization of external insulation of exterior wall is the key torealizing the third step of building energy-conservation. In the project qualityproblems of external insulation of exterior wall, the insulation layer's shedding offwith the structure layer has taken the majority. It is considered traditionally thatadhesion agent's bonding strength is not enough. But the traditional bonding mode isonly on the basis of experience, having guaranteed the bonding area of forming underabout 30% of prerequisites, and there is no theory foundation. Studying the bondingof insulation layer and structure layer, confirming the bonding mode, and guarantee ofnot insulation layer 's shedding, are of significance to popularize the externalinsulation of exterior wall and develop the energy conservation of the building. In this paper, setting about from main compositions of the adhesion agent,bonding mechanism and the influence factors of bonding strength of glue is analyzed,getting the bonding strength. On one hand, under the conditions of the wind load andthe change of border restriction, through the research of distortion of XPS board,having relatively greet elastic modulus, along the thickness direction, it is found that,in the case of big distortion, bonding layer peels demolish, result in insulation layer'sshedding off. On the other hand, through the analysis of bonding strength, 1% of bondingarea is needed at most. So, conclusions can be drawn: insulation layer's distortion alongthe thickness direction confirms the bonding mode;adhesion agent's effect is borderrestriction to insulation board. Therefore, adjusting bonding space and controlling themost distortion of insulation board along the thickness direction, can confirm thebonding mode. In this paper, the importance of the construction course is emphasized. Disposingof insulation board's four sides gap and bonding effect's assure insure borderrestriction condition and insulation board's not shedding off.
