This paper regards Siduhe Super Suspension Bridge's tunnel-type-anchor and the anchor's wall rock as research object. Based on the landform and geologic characteristic of Siduhe anchor locus, using three-dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS ,we analyzed the reaction of Siduhe Suspension anchor locus's wall rock in the dig grotto course, lining construction, concrete laying, normal working. The basic function and virtue, the interior module's characteristic and the gigantic material database and element database of ABAQUS are introduced in the paper. The main research contains the choice of rock mass model, setting up initial geostress field and New Austrian Tunneling Method process simulation. The researches of these critical issues are all based on ABAQUS platform. The numerical analysis of Siduhe tunnel-type-anchor chooses Drucker-Prager model based on Rankine criterion. Formula manipulation on incremental theory of plasticity about Drucker-Prager yield criterion and Rankine criterion are introduced here. We also manipulate the yield function and plastic potential function's first partial derivation and second partial derivation. At the same time, the unit of the two criterions is discussed. The initial geostress field of Siduhe tunnel-type-anchor locus has self-weight stress only. According as the self-weight stress field's fundamental principle in rock mechanics, we attain the initial geostress data in advance through simple numerical analysis method. Then the data input method on initial geostress field's result in ABAQUS is come up. How to use geostress automatic deactivation's principle simulates excavating of highway tunnel and anchor tunnel are presentation. We researched the implementation procedure about excavate construction in ABAQUS, analyzed the feasibility on enactment pseudo-parameter simulate tunnel-type-anchor's tunneling operation and its points for attention. At the same time, we studied implement method in ABAQUS about the whole work progress of benching tunneling method in New Austrian Tunneling Method. The paper evaluates the degree of safety of Siduhe Suspension Bridge's tunnel-type-anchor system and provides decision gist for design and construction.
