Large hydro-junction conduces to humanity and in the meantime, while its also brings the quite serious influence for the surrounding ecological environment. In the recent years, with the development of the environment science and the increasing of the people's ecological consciousness, just as other economic construction, water conservancy construction has arisen a lot of environmental problems which have been valued by people more and more. Therefore , conducting research on the conservation of water and soil of hydro-junction construction interference region and the ecology restoration research have very important significance for theories and great value in practical application.This paper is based on the formerly relative field research findings, according to characteristic of hydro-junction construction interference region and ecological damage's mechanism, several ways of the mechanical and biological control measure respectively are put forward, in the meantime combining with the theory of landscape construction, discussing synthesized application model of me conservation of water and soil, the ecology restoration and landscape construction, while providing the operable conservation measurements of the ecology restoration and the conservation of water and soil of hydro-junction construction interference region. The main contents are fellows:1. Analyzing the major functions of hydro-junction, arming at the adverse influence for the environment which made by the hydro-junction, discussing the necessity of the research.2. Discussing the origin and development of the ecology restoration and the conservation of water and soil, analyzing the connections between the ecology restoration and the conservation of water and soil and also its domestic and international research developments.3. Discussing the significance and important role of ecology evaluation, combining with the ecological characteristic of hydro-junction construction interference region, the ecology index system is established, using the RBF neural network to establish the ecology evaluation model of hydro-junction construction interference region.4. Studying the ecological environment's interference mechanism which caused by the hydro-junction. From two respects of mechanical and biological control measurements, putting up some ways of the hydro-junction construction interference region's ecology restoration and conservation of water and soil, synthesizing application mode of the conservation of water and soil, studying the ecology and landscape construction.5. Taking NierJi hydro-junction as an example, aiming at destroyed hydro-junction construction interference region and putting forward some measurements of ecology restoration and conservation of water and soil, taking use of ecology evaluation model to evaluation the original condition ecosystem and interference ecosystem of the NierJi hydro-junction construction at the meantime, forecasting the long-dated and short-dated effects which have been adopted some measurements and then evaluating the each measurement' rationality which have been used by this paper.6. The major achievements in this paper are summed up, while pointing out the orientation of further study.
