Along with the structure adjustment of the energy supply in city and the development of energy supply technology, the choice of the heating system tends to be multiplication. More and more new technologies of heat system come out, so it may be possible for people to choose the most excellent and most appropriate heating system plan.Those factors which should be considered are more and more when choosing the heating system and the conditions in realistic engineering are different, so it is much important choosing the best heating system plan for some realistic engineering.This article takes a heating project of newly built housing in Lasa as example, and studies the optimize choice of the heating system and puts out four feasible heating plans considering the practice condition. The heat load of various plans are calculated on the basis of the heating system plan characteristic, and the type of the heat source unit and the indoor radiate equipment is determined on the best operating mode analysis of each plan . The article carries on the computation comparison about some economic technical targets of different heating system plan. These targets include energy consumption, energy use factor, at the beginning of invest, annual operating cost, the annual system expense value and the pollutant withdrawal and so on. Finally the author uses the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation method to carry on thequality synthetic evaluation to various plans. Some conclusion are gotten as below, the most superior of the quality synthetic evaluation is the deep well low temperature water source heat pump unit combining with low temperature hot water floor radiation heating system plan. But for the newly built heating system in the old dwelling house, it may be appropriate using the deep well low temperature water source heat pump unit combining with radiator heating system if the deep well water source was enough.
