The Factors Analyse Of The Subjective Paramount In City Planning

City Planning is a complicated and all-around subject,which involves city, environment, society, economy, politics, psychology and many other aspects. Subjectivity and objectivity are two interactional courses in City Planning. The objective circumstance affects the thought of planning. Meanwhile the subjective consciousness of planning often decides the objective circumstance of cities. The traditional ideas of planning, the subjective consciousness of government and the authoritative theory of planning react a lot on the design and actualization of planning. Even the subjective consciousness would decide the planning in certain cases.This paper analyzed and concluded the representation of subjective effect in the development of City planning both at home and out of home in each period, and discovered that the subjectivity in every period had decided the planning in that period in a certain extent. This paper reduced these representations of subjective to three types, and brought forward that the subjective planning had brought a lot of abuse to cities. At last this paper gave out an example of planning, which the author has already participated in, to explain that the subjective consciousness in the contemporary City planning could abate the validity of planning, and brought forward that the planning should be a combination of Subjectivity and objectivity.
