The Design Of Coin Automatic Wrapping Machine Based On Virtual Assembly

This paper brings the ideal of design based on assembly into a new type coinwrapping machine's research and design. Based on the CAD technology of 3D featuremodeling and virtual assembly etc, 3D design and digital prototype's create of Coin wrappingmachine were carried out with Pro /E and the 2D technical proposal of assembly in existence.The investigation of assembly and simulation of move have also been completed. In thisway ,coin wrapping machine 's functional state has been simulated.By simulation thestructure design and preliminary technical proposal for coin wrapping machine is proved to beconsiderable .This paper has improved and prefected the preliminary proposal ,and putforward an overall technical proposal, finished the enigeering design during the process ofautomatic coin wrapping machine's research and design.It has made a good try to find aneffective way to use the modern design tool more effectively.
