Study On Construction Scheme Of High Roller Compacted Concrete Dam For Longtan Hydropower Station

The study on construction scheme of roller compacted concrete dam for Longtan hydropower station including the transportation and pouring scheme of dam concrete, the construction measures of dam concrete, the construction schedule analysis and argumentation of roller compacted concrete, etc. the research results serve the project construction directly, so as to meet the construction quality and schedule requirements of the project.Based on the investigation and analysis of main construction equipments and concrete pouring scheme used in the roller compacted concrete dams built or being built at home and abroad, aimed at the construction condition, character and demands of Longtan high roller compacted concrete dam, This dissertation puts forward the best concrete enter-block mode and construction machinery mating scheme which is suitable to the rush construction of Longtan roller compacted concrete through the research of several feasible schemes, combined the partition of dam block and the analysis of construction technical and economic index, so as to meet the full-year construction demands of Longtan project in the condition of high temperature and much railfall; in addition, this dissertation puts forward the construction measures such as the construction craft and technique of roller compacted concrete, the parting and demixion pouring scheme of dam, the disposal on the layer surface and the construction of modified concrete, the construction in the condition of high temperature and railfall, etc. and the concrete pouring intensity and the rising speed of dam in the typical period, pouring equipments and their guarantee ratio and the construction schedule in the much rainfall season of high temperature has also been analysed and proved in detail.This research results have already been used in the bid design and actual construction in Longtan project directly, they offered the essential condition for guaranteeing dam construction schedule and project quality, and they also offered scientific basis of continuous construction in the high temperature and much rainfall environment for Longtan dam.
