Research On Strategic Of Water Resource Sustainable Utilization Of Jilin Province

Starting with the study on current situation of the water resource and its utilization in Jilin Province, combining the current situation of social economy and overall arrangement of the development strategy, with comparatively systematical analyses on the supply and demand situation of water resource, this artical has proposed the strategic thinking of sustainable utilization of water resource in Jilin Province and concrete countermeasure measure. The main content is as follows:1. This article explained the basic principle of sustainable utilization of water resource and dynamic research status; described the water resource amount of Jilin Province and distribution characteristic; On the basis of researching and analyzing the current situation of development and utilization of water resources and different regional water resources utilization degree, this article have pointed out the main problems existing in water resources utilization: resource shortage, overspend of some water resource, serious wasting of water resource, seriously polluted water and ecological environmental impact correlated with water.2. This article analyzed the economic layout and life, production, ecological demand of water in Jilin Province, adopted the quota method to predict the need of water, estimated the existing water supply ability of rivers; through the comparison and analyses about the utilizable amount and consumption amount, the water demand and supply ability of the water resource, this article have carried on comprehensive appraisal to the water resource sustainable utilization situation in Jilin Province; and proposed the basic thinking and countermeasure of sustainable utilization of water resource.3. This article have also carried on the case study to the resource distribution problem of water resource in the central area in Jilin Province, it is an important action of realizing water resource sustainable utilization in central area by put forward " Drawing water from Song Hua River to cities situated in central area project in Jilin Province".
