Plane Linkage Mechanism is widely used in machinofacture and instrument manufacture. In recently years, along with the application of computers and development of relevant design software, Plane Linkage Mechanism has made great progress in design methods. This thesis discusses CAD methods of Plane Linkage Mechanism in three aspects.Firstly, the author analyzes Plane Four-poled Mechanism CAD. This part establishes certain modules for hinge four-poled mechanism, leader mechanism and brace runner mechanism, makes strict deduction using calculi methods, and fatherly presents an curve analysis on the pole position, velocity and acceleration of each mechanism. Then, on the basis of Delphi, the author makes CAD development for convenient analysis and calculation of the above-mentioned three Plane Four-poled Mechanism, which provides a basis for further study and makes it possible for widely application in various fields.Secondly, the author carries on a comprehensive study on Plane Four-poled Mechanism CAD. This part discusses synthesized issues of haste return mechanism, rigid object lead mechanism, function creating mechanism and track building mechanism. The deduction of formulations takes the probability of using non-linear equation is into account; the programming work includes optimized methods as well as different solution making methods for different conditions; the interface making considers visual effects.Thirdly, the author presents mechanism simulation and examples. In this part, the author develops simulation for hinge four-poled mechanism, one motive aid four-poled mechanism and two motive aids four-poled mechanism, using calculi and mechanical principles. The author discusses the characteristics of Plane Four-poled Mechanism, curve formation of each node and shift principles of basic bi-4imensipnal graphics. Then the author presents related basic shift codes and explanation on the basic function and key issues of program design with examples.
