As a kind of especial merchandise, the quality of medical instrument has direct relation to people's safety and health. Product quality reliability of medical instrument is the life of manufacturer, and the one who has priority of product reliability will win market competition. Medical instrument manufacturers all regard quality reliability highly.Product quality reliability of ophthalmic medical instrument is particularly important in all medical instruments. Facing intense international market competition, ophthalmic medical instrument manufacturers all know the importance of product quality reliability clearly. Newly some research departments and companies have done many things on product quality reliability, and they also feel difficult to judge some product quality. The common question how to evaluate product quality reliability, especially with fuzzy-gray characters, in a scientific, effective and convenient way, is confronted by enterprises now. The purpose of this thesis is to build a product quality reliability evaluation theory of ophthalmic medical instrument on fuzzy-gray theory through fault tree analysis of ophthalmic medical instrument.The most researches of this thesis are shown as following.(1)There are many factors that can affect quality reliability evaluation of ophthalmic medical instrument, some of which are with randomicity. To settle this question better, this thesis discusses to use FTA as the base of product quality reliability evaluation model of ophthalmic medical instrument by learning FTA;(2)Because there are many fuzzy matters exist in process of product quality reliability evaluation of ophthalmic medical instrument and it is difficult to express event probability with an exact value, traditional FTA can't meet the need. As one of means that deal with uncertain information, fuzzy theory can offset probability shortage in complex system reliability analysis. Thereby, this thesis uses fuzzy theory in FTA to reduce the difficulty ofobtaining exact value of event probability;(3)Using FTA and fuzzy theory can settle the obtainment difficulty of event probability exact value better, but it still needs a lot of data in FTA, and it is almost impossible because of restriction of manpower and material resources. One of gray theory advantages is that it can get an exact model by a little of data, consequently to offset insufficiency difficulty in FTA;(4)By researches of three theories, this thesis builds a FTA model based on fuzzy-gray theory, and establishes the base of product quality reliability evaluation method of ophthalmic medical instrument; ?(5)This thesis designs and compiles a software of product quality reliability evaluation of medical instrument that can run under flat roof of windows or windows NT on base of research theory;(6)Finally with the research results this thesis validates the correctness and practicability of evaluation method and software by evaluation experiment research of ophthalmic medical instrument, SOM2000D ophthalmic surgery ocular, while optimizing interrelated technology parameters.At last, by the summing-up of research work, this thesis ulteriorly establishes efficient applied scope and shortages of product quality reliability evaluation method of ophthalmic medical instrument based on fuzzy-gray theory.
