The Primary Study On Low Water Resource And Its Carrying Capacity

This paper is completed in favor of The research on low flow and low flowresource carrying capacity in southern karst basins of China, an elitistcultivating item in Guizhou On the basis of the articles on natural resources and water resourcecarrying capacity, this paper, by means of the theories and methods of systemtheory and from the angle of the system function, combines water resourcesand its eco-systematical values with ecological service functions, and definesthe concept of low water resources. Then on the above basis, this paper analysesthoroughly low water resource carrying capacity. Finally, compared with thestudies at home and aboard, the paper gains some new cognitions and makessome progress as follows: Based on the concept and classification of natural resources,it is this paperthat has ulteriorly classified water resource, defined the concept of low waterresource and illustrated its definition and structure and characteristics from theangle of water resources system and flood resource subsystem,at the same time,illustrated its characteristics, then further clarifies its connotation from the angleof ecological values and ecological service functions. Water resource carrying capacity is an important concept that is relative tosocial and economical developments but the water resource carrying capacity isdifferent in different areas, so this paper thinks it better to study the zoning ofstudying areas, combined with local social and economical developments andnational water resource zoning.Compared water resource carrying capacity with low water resourcecarrying capacity,it is this paper that has demonstrated that low water resourcecarrying capacity is a concrete reflection of water resource carrying capacity,which reflects the carrying capacity in studying areas better than water resourcecarrying capacity. Water resource carrying capacity is an important index ofsustainable development, but it is involved in a huge system with society,economy and ecology. Therefore, in order to study water resource carryingcapacity thoroughly, this paper attaches importance on the study on itssubsystem, that is, the study on low water resource carrying capacity. With Guiyang as the studying area, the paper, on the basis of the zoning ofthe studying area, uses multiple objectives programming method to study lowwater resource carrying capacity and water resource carrying capacity.Atlast,this paper tells us that it can offer precise and efficient estimating andoptimizing means for social and economical developments that studying lowwater carrying capacity, environment problems and the reasonable configurationof water resources in the studying area, providing a reference to theprogramming of social and economical developments of Guiyang City.
