Study Of Flexible Information Integration Based On XML

With the popularization of CIMS and enterprises' pursuing of competitive factors such as T. Q. C. S, the problem of "IT Island" is more and more evident in enterprises. Information integration is the basis of CIMS integrating and the basis of function integration and process integration. Today' s information methods are always designed at the aim of special usage. They lack expansibility and transplantation. The development of IT needs entire information sharing inside and between enterprises. After learned the problems and concrete requirements in enterprises, the paper puts forward the conception of flexible information integration based on XML and UDAP. The paper mainly solves sharable neutral information model and data access interface technology.Setting up sharable, independent neutral information model is the precondition of information integration. Having many unique advantages, XML language has become first-selection to set up neutral model. Static information model based on XML in this subject is set up according to three thinning steps. The article gives tree architecture of engineering information model and the transformation between information model and RDMS in CAPE.Operating technology of information model mainly discussed data access interface, including OLE DB, ADO and XML application program interface DOM, SAX. Through APIs we can realize XML modification, sorting, adding nodes and maintenance. XML files have three storage modes in DB and can adopt corresponding method in different application. The dissertation has introduced the storage and maintenance mechanism in CAPE.The information integration system in CAPE uses three layers structure of C/A/S. The part of software realizing mainly introduces the designation of DB table and basic functions of UDAP.
