Effect of the outdoor and indoor aspects on the space loads and the constitution of it are abortive studied by way of theoretical analysis mainly, aiming at the actuality that load calculation method in a displacement ventilation space is staying at staring satiation. And the theoretical model of load calculation method in a displacement ventilation space is built up.Based on distinguishing among the effects of various factors on the loads, a new method is used in the paper, which puts forward a new departure point for the load calculation of displacement ventilation system. Furthermore, a mathematical model and a computer program are built up, which can be used under various affecting factors.Using the computer program, except analyzed the effects of various factors outdoors and indoors on loads throughout the output of computer program, compared and analyzed the loads between mixing ventilation system and displacement ventilation system. They not only make us understand the effects of various facts on loads clearly, but also are guidance and reference to designation practically. And the advantage of energy-saving of displacement ventilation system is testified impersonally. Moreover, the characteristic of thermal stratification in a displacement ventilation space is proved by way of testing the temperature field practically in a displacement ventilation boardroom, which is the basis of the theoretical model in the paper.Throughout regress-analyzed the output of the computer program by way of minimum double- multiplication, a formula is studied and inferred in the paper. It can be used for calculating the percent of loads transformed from mixing ventilation to displacement ventilation. Thus, the loads can be calculated by way of traditional method, multiplying the percent of loads, and then gained the loads of displacement ventilation space, in order to be used for designers expediently. The accurate method should be classifying as many rooms as possible, according to their dynamic responses of different affecting factors. Modifying them, according to practice, and then working out "percent of loads" to be used.
