Along with the technology developing and changing quickly, virtual design, which is driving the forward progressing of the manufacturing, has been turned into an important offshoot of virtual reality. But the heavy working of the three dimension entity sculpture is one of the bottlenecks to block the favoring progressing of the virtual reality. How to analyze the systemic behavior logically, to abstract the object's property and to describe the interaction between the objects is the emphases investigate for the pursuer in the correlation field at all times.In this paper, the question expatiated above is the start of this paper's topic to be discussed just about. And behavior modeling will be attempted to ravel out the trouble. Behavior modeling, based on the OOPM (Object-Oriented Program Method) and described by UML (Unified Modeling Language), is considered through the behavior of the system and object.Ought to say, it should cost large numbers of experimental jobs to bring forward any method. To achieve current study, a great deal of program design and emulator experimentation has carried through on the graphics platform which offered by the engine of OpenGL and DirectX. So the paper comprises much abstract to the arithmetic of the programmer method and the design method.Primary study content emphasize particularly on the analyse of the basic notional, describe of the correlative algorithmic, resolve of the complex question, discuss of the design method and analysis of the examination result etc. in this paper.In the paper, first, several aspect of concept including Virtual Reality, Virtual Design/ Manufacture, Virtual Artifacts, Behavior, Behavior Modeling, etc. will be introduced. All the concept and definition is the theory base of the corresponding technique. Second, geometry modeling and description of the artifacts will be introduced and the creativity method of the NUBRS curve and surface, the figure of the plant and terrain by the fractal method and the application of the ray tail in the collision detection will be analyzed principally. Third, the process of the physics modeling and simulation based on the particle will be discuses. And an instance will be given to explain the process on the behavior modeling driven. Then a scheme will be talked over about the collision based on the physics. Further more, the application instance about the machine movement cartoon, which creates by the means of behavior modeling, will be described. Finally, some attitude will be presented on theconstruction of the virtual environment and the exploitation of the engine.The design method about behavior modeling driven, which is detailedly argued in the process of the solution about the real-time simulation, is brought forward for the first time. The scheme which fits to the design thinking of the developer and reflects the OOPM in the concrete is a broody method that evolves from the system behavior to the object behavior.
