The Applying Study Of Heating System Using Double Deflating Steam Wheel Sets With Water Circling In Black Vacuum

In Fu Xin thermoelectric plant , for lack of enough load of deflating steam , the heating supply way of double deflating steam wheel sets have been changed into another heating system with water circling in black vacuum . In the whole heating term 11.39 million yuan has been economized by using this system .In this thesis , by means of calculating and analyzing each level pressures , axial oriented drive power , strength of vane's segregateboard and other parameters and proposing some improved measurers , it can be proved that the changed set can run safely and to invest this kind of project will spend less money , less time but can achieve better social economic beneficial results .
