Study On The Key Technology Of Dam Remote Health Diagnose System

Setting up health diagnose center to realize the diagnose and management of the dam concentratively in the region is the future trend of automated dam safety monitoring system. Under the background, different dam safety monitoring and intelligent expert system on the relative field are assimilated in this paper, up to date computer communication, network technology, data base technology , artificial intelligence and so on are applied fully , and a few of key technology on dam remote health diagnose system are studied emphatically. The primary contents as follows:(1) The globe structure of the opening dam remote diagnose system is designed. The dam remote diagnose based on B/S mode is developed. And the work flow and the structure feature are indicated in detail.(2) Aiming at the feature of comprehensive diagnose of the dam health, a multi-layer and a multi-item comprehensive assessment index system is established, and studies the method for the grading of the diagnose index and diagnose object by means of the corresponding criterion and the practice experience on the multi-orientation. And based on these, the method to determine index weight and confidence marries.(3) The structure designment of diagnostic inference module, data base, knowledge base and algorithms library is discussed, and the function of each diagnostic module is analyzed.(4) A few of key technology of dam remote health diagnose system based on Internet are studied , which includes network technology, Web data base technology, network safety technology and technical model to research the system. The key points to realize the object-oriented techniques and UML are studies in the dam remote health diagnose system.(5) For the Gu Tianxi cascade dams in Fujian province as example, the dam remote health diagnose system is developed, and the constitution of system and function are studied.
