With the development of ecnomy of the society, commerical dwelling high-rise building has been largely constructed, among of them the multi-tower structure with enlarged base is the typical dwelling high-rise building be favored by the architect. As the Rui-hua high-rise bidding for example, this article will introduce the characteristic of design and construction of the building in the round, the dynamical property is profoundly researched, the main works and conclutions are as follows:1. The design work of Rui-hua high-rise building is comprehensively explained. The selection of the shape and conceptional design, the construction of prestressed concrete pipe pile, the transformation floor made of beam and plate, the arrangment of the spatial corridors et al have been analysed. The design idea and the problem should be paid attention to are talked about combined with criterion's explanations.2. The construction technique of the building is also comprehensively explained. The devision of flow segment in construction and the construction technics flow, the survey of the measurment, the draining water and waterproofing engineering, concrete engineering in the transformation floor are respectively introduced.3. A typical 25-floored two-tower structure with enlarged base is selected as the calculating model, the modal analysis is computed by software ANSYS. The influences of the location of the spatial corridors, the stiffness of the spatial corridors, the deflection of the spatial corridors and the thickness of the transformation floor on the structureal basic modal shape are separately talked about. The regulation of the frequence's changes is summarized in different instance.4. The dynamical measured method and the theory of modal analysis are simply introduced. The modal test is conducted on Rui-hua high-rise building at the spot, the horizontal vibration and torsion vibration modal are recognized. SATWE in the software PKPM is used to establish a real model and compute the modal analysis. Lastly the Newmark-3 method is used to conduct elastic time history analysis by selected three earthquake waves, many important parameter are get under the earthquake effect, the structure's aseismatic performance is enbodyed.
